Prime Minister praises the sharing spirit of Hai Phong and Quang Ninh

On September 10, Deputy Prime Minister Ho Duc Phoc signed an official dispatch from the Prime Minister to the Hai Phong City Party Committee and People's Committee and the Quang Ninh Provincial Party Committee and People's Committee.

The dispatch stated that Hai Phong city and Quang Ninh province were the two localities heavily affected by storm No. 3. At meetings and working sessions with the two localities, the Prime Minister planned to support each locality with 100 billion VND from the central budget reserve to overcome the consequences caused by storm No. 3.

However, with the spirit of self-reliance, self-strengthening, mutual love and support, the leaders of Hai Phong city and Quang Ninh province reported that they will proactively balance local resources to overcome the consequences of storm No. 3 and allocate central budget to support other localities with more difficulties.

The Prime Minister acknowledged, commended and highly appreciated the proactive, responsible, self-reliant spirit of Hai Phong city and Quang Ninh province, the sharing of the two localities with the central budget and the disadvantaged localities that suffered damage caused by storm No. 3.
