The Prime Minister introduced a number of achievements in perfecting socialist theory and Vietnam's path to socialism.
That is, the three main pillars are building socialist democracy, building a socialist rule-of-law state, building a socialist-oriented market economy; three strategic breakthroughs in institutions, infrastructure and human resources; six key tasks in economics, foreign affairs, national security and defense, culture, social justice, and Party building; and twelve groups of main tasks and solutions to achieve national development goals in the new era.
The Prime Minister emphasized that during that process, Vietnam always pays attention to, follows and wishes to learn about new developments in theory and practice in China.
