The Prime Minister's dispatch stated that, in order to promote the domestic market, stimulate consumption, connect supply and demand and supply chains, and contribute to achieving the economic growth target of over 8% in 2025, the Ministry of Industry and Trade was assigned to preside over and coordinate with the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism, Vingroup, Vietnam Exhibition Center (VEC) and relevant agencies and localities to urgently organize the 2025 Autumn Fair in October.

Thereby, creating channels to promote trade, investment, and consumption; connecting economic , industrial, agricultural, and service sectors, promoting domestic production and import-export activities.

To successfully organize the Autumn Fair 2025, scheduled from October 20 to November 5, the Prime Minister directed the Ministry of Industry and Trade to preside over and closely coordinate with relevant agencies to carefully and thoroughly prepare the conditions for organizing the fair in the entire space at VEC, ensuring practicality, efficiency, savings, security and safety.

Along with that, organize trade connection activities for organizations, businesses, investors participating in the fair with domestic and international partners; encourage businesses to introduce and sell products, services, and technologies to consumers.

The Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism organizes cultural spaces and activities, introduces and exploits the commercial value of cultural products, promotes culinary culture, traditional ao dai, tourism, programs to promote cultural industry, entertainment industry and organizes other cultural events during the fair.

The Prime Minister directed the Ministry of Finance to preside over and coordinate with the Ministry of Industry and Trade to guide and arrange funding to organize the fair in accordance with regulations, ensuring savings and efficiency.

The Ministry of Foreign Affairs directed Vietnamese embassies and representative agencies abroad to widely promote information about the fair to businesses and organizations in the host country; at the same time, invite businesses and organizations in the host country to participate; organize business delegations to exchange, cooperate and connect economically with Vietnam.

Relevant ministries, agencies, People's Committees of provinces and cities participate in the fair and mobilize and organize for businesses to participate in the fair; widely promote information about the fair... ensuring that participating products are rich and diverse, promoting the strengths of each industry, field, locality and region.

The Hanoi People's Committee coordinates with the Ministry of Industry and Trade and Vingroup Corporation in communication; arranges and enhances public transport routes to pick up and drop off visitors to the fair; urgently studies and expands traffic sections and routes connecting with VEC.

Central and local state-owned corporations and groups actively and proactively participate in the Fair, review and select unique and typical products to promote products, services, brands, and enhance trade and investment promotion.

The Prime Minister assigned Deputy Prime Minister Bui Thanh Son to directly and regularly direct all aspects of the organization of the fair.

The exhibition of national achievements demonstrates the aspiration to fly high and reach far in the new era . The Prime Minister commented that the activities in the exhibition "80 years of the journey of Independence - Freedom - Happiness" strongly spread the message about the country and people of Vietnam, demonstrating the aspiration to fly high and reach far of the Vietnamese people in the new era.
