Today, September 26, Deputy Prime Minister Nguyen Hoa Binh signed a decision to award a certificate of merit from the Prime Minister to singer Duc Phuc, after winning the Intervision 2025 contest.

Accordingly, the Prime Minister decided to award a certificate of merit to singer Duc Phuc for his outstanding achievement in winning the championship of the Intervision 2025 international music competition, held in Moscow, Russia.

Surpassing representatives from more than 20 countries, the Vietnamese singer won the final victory, leaving a good impression on international friends.

Previously, upon receiving the news that Duc Phuc - Vietnam's representative - won the championship at the Intervision 2025 international music competition on the evening of September 20 (Russia time), Prime Minister Pham Minh Chinh sent a letter praising the artist's efforts and achievements.

"The powerful voice and the eye-catching performance breathed life into the song Phu Dong Thien Vuong, inspired by the poem Tre Viet Nam , telling the story of the strength of solidarity, indomitable spirit and aspiration to rise of the Vietnamese people," the letter stated.

The Prime Minister assessed that "this achievement is not only a great honor for singer Duc Phuc personally, but also a common pride of contemporary music and Vietnamese culture."

According to the Prime Minister, Vietnam's first participation at Intervision 2025 conveys a message of solidarity and friendship as "music overcomes all disagreements to unite peoples around the world".
