Promoting digital transformation in the healthcare sector

The two parties will combine AIA Vietnam's expertise in the insurance sector andFPT 's technology ecosystem to provide smart, flexible and effective solutions to increase customer engagement and meet the demand for comprehensive and personalized health insurance solutions of customers in Vietnam.

The signing ceremony was held on September 25.

Based on FPT's technological capabilities and the AIA Vitality health ecosystem, the two sides will also co-develop integrated health and life insurance products.

With the AI-first orientation, FPT will continue to promote its strengths in AI and its AI-enhanced human resources, especially through the AI platform FleziPT, FPT supports insurance businesses to optimize operations, increase productivity, improve customer experience, aiming to set new standards for the industry, contributing to improving the quality of life for everyone.
