The Provincial Party Standing Committee works with the Subcommittee serving the 16th Provincial Party Congress, term 2025-2030

Comrade Trinh Thi Minh Thanh, Standing Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the Provincial People's Council, delivered a concluding speech.

In line with Plan No. 536-KH/TU dated May 15, 2025 of the Provincial Party Committee on the implementation of preparations for the 16th Provincial Party Congress, term 2025-2030, the Provincial Party Committee Office has advised the Provincial Party Committee to issue documents to lead, direct and organize the work serving the Provincial Party Congress. In particular, a decision was issued to establish the Organizing Subcommittee to serve the Provincial Party Congress and assign specific tasks to each member to implement.

The Subcommittee has developed a plan to repair, renovate and upgrade the Provincial Conference Center - the chosen location for the congress; selected accommodation for delegations; surveyed and installed technical equipment systems to serve the congress; made plans to ensure security and order, fire prevention, etc.

Comrade Vu Van Dien, Permanent Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee, spoke at the meeting.

Comrade Trinh Thi Minh Thanh, Standing Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the Provincial People's Council, highly appreciated the initiative of the Provincial Party Committee Office and the members of the Subcommittee in developing plans according to the assigned functions and tasks. The Provincial Party Committee Office fully received the opinions of the members of the subcommittee, completed and submitted to the Head of the Subcommittee to sign and promulgate the working regulations of the subcommittee, assign members, and plan to organize the implementation of tasks on June 18, 2025.

Comrade Le Van Anh, Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Council, spoke at the meeting.

There is not much time left until the Congress, he requested the members of the subcommittee to advise their units to issue a detailed plan to implement the contents assigned in the subcommittee's plan. In particular, it is required that by August 2025, the renovation and upgrading of all facilities serving the Congress at the Provincial Conference Center and the Provincial Guest House must be completed; before July 15, 2025, plans for electricity and water supply, care and health protection for delegates must be completed; the Provincial Police must soon deploy solutions to ensure security and order, fire prevention and fighting.

The comrade agreed that on June 30, 2025, the contents under the responsibility of the Subcommittee will be reported to the Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee to ask for specific and comprehensive instructions.
