In addition, it is necessary to effectively implement the Project "Promoting the role of the Army in participating in disseminating and educating the law, mobilizing people to comply with the law at the grassroots level in the period of 2021-2027".

Senior Lieutenant General Vo Minh Luong also emphasized the need to promote the capacity and expertise of law enforcement officers; regularly organize training and fostering to improve the capacity to handle violations and crimes. Units need to proactively organize attacks and suppression of all types of violations and crimes in the area; handle violations and crimes in compliance with the processes, procedures and authority as prescribed by law; promptly receive, handle and resolve in accordance with legal regulations, especially in the investigation and prosecution of criminal cases under their authority and the handling of administrative violations. Units maintain the routine of receiving citizens and handling complaints and denunciations according to regulations; thoroughly handle complaints and denunciations, not allowing hot spots and complications to arise.
