While docking and working at Tien Sa port, a Korean crew member lost a bag containing important documents. Fortunately, they received support from the local border guards.
On March 16, the Da Nang City Border Guard Command commended officers and soldiers of the Tien Sa Port Border Guard Station (Da Nang Port Border Guard Command) for their good deed of promptly handing over property to the crew of the Korean ship. Previously, on March 15, during their shift, Captain Nguyen Dinh Nam (Procedure Team Leader), Senior Lieutenant Nguyen Khac Tuan Anh (Supervision and Inspection Officer) of the Tien Sa Port Border Guard Station received a report from the commander of the Roks Yang Man Choun ship (Korean nationality) about the need for assistance in searching for property. According to the report, the Roks Yang Man Choun ship docked and anchored at Tien Sa Port (Son Tra District, Da Nang City) from March 14 to March 17. During the work, crew member Kim Jinki (Korean nationality) dropped a cloth bag.

In the bag were 5 credit cards, 1 passport, 1 shore pass, 740 Thai baht, 225 USD, 1,114,000 VND. Upon receiving the news, Captain Nguyen Dinh Nam and Senior Lieutenant Nguyen Khac Tuan Anh investigated the information and discussed with crew member Kin Jinki, thereby determining that it was possible that this person had left his belongings behind when using the technology-based ride-hailing service . From the data on the ride, Captain Nam contacted the driver and the driver confirmed that he had found the bag, and the driver returned to hand it over to the border guards. Captain Nam and Senior Lieutenant Tuan Anh went to the Roks Yang Man Choun ship and handed over all the belongings to crew member Kim Jinki. Moved by the actions of the border guards, the Korean crew member wrote a thank you letter, expressing his gratitude for the help of the force and finding the belongings, including important personal documents.
