Received nearly 400 units of blood during the Voluntary Blood Donation Festival at Tang Loong Industrial Park

Responding to the campaign "Red Summer Blood Drops" and the program "Red Journey" in 2024, on the morning of June 10, at the Cultural House of the Tang Loong Branch, the Provincial Red Cross Association coordinated with the Provincial Economic Zone Management Board to organize a Voluntary Blood Donation Day.

The festival attracted 650 people to register to donate blood, including officials, workers, laborers and residents of Tang Loong Industrial Park (Bao Thang district).

Leaders of the Provincial Red Cross Society presented flowers to encourage blood donors.

At the end of the festival, the Organizing Committee received 386 units of blood, exceeding the plan by 10%.

The “Red Summer Blood Drops” campaign and the “Red Journey” program in 2024 in Lao Cai province took place from June 1 to August 31 with the goal of mobilizing more than 4,000 people to register to donate blood and receive at least 2,250 units of blood.
