Honoring typical advanced models in Nghe An Education sector in the period 2020-2025

GD&TĐ - On the afternoon of September 22, the Department of Education and Training of Nghe An organized a conference to honor 18 outstanding collectives and 69 individuals in the period of 2020 - 2025.

The conference of advanced models is an opportunity to recognize, honor and express gratitude for the contributions of cadres and teachers throughout the province. At the same time, it affirms the determination to strongly innovate, so that education is truly the top national policy, the key driving force of national development and the future of the nation.

Over the past 5 years, the patriotic emulation movement in the Nghe An education sector has developed in both breadth and depth, contributing significantly to the overall development of the province.

Many emulation movements have continued to have a strong influence, such as the movement "Innovation in management, teaching and learning"; "The whole country competes to build a learning society, promote lifelong learning"; "Building happy schools" associated with "building safe - green - clean - beautiful schools"; the movement "90 days and nights determined to achieve high results in the High School Graduation Exam".

In addition, implementing Directive No. 05-CT/TW of the Politburo on promoting the study and following of Ho Chi Minh's ideology, morality and lifestyle, the education sector has launched the campaign "Each teacher is an example of morality, self-study and creativity" and has received the active response and participation of teachers throughout the sector.

From those general movements, many collectives and individuals with high achievements have emerged, contributing to affirming the position of Nghe An province with comprehensive education results and key education always being at the top of the country.

Many teachers have overcome challenges, difficulties, lack of facilities, living conditions, obstacles in customs, language... to maintain the tradition of teaching, love the industry, love the profession, feel secure in their work, and stick with the career of "growing people". Besides, there are more and more good, dynamic, creative managers who dare to think, dare to do, dare to take responsibility, have many breakthrough ways to build a strong and comprehensive industry and unit, and improve the quality of education.

Speaking at the conference of advanced models, Mr. Thai Van Thanh - Director of Nghe An Department of Education and Training praised and expressed gratitude for the efforts and contributions of individuals and groups.

Leaders of the Department of Education and Training of Nghe An said that the implementation of emulation movements must become practical work, associated with the daily work of each cadre, teacher, staff and student.

Therefore, in the coming time, it is necessary to innovate the content and form of emulation movements. The implementation process must have practical and specific goals, closely linked to the implementation of political tasks for each school year and each locality. At the same time, it is necessary to ensure synchronous coordination between movements and emulation periods. In particular, the emulation movement "Teach well - Learn well" is consistent with studying and following Ho Chi Minh's ideology, morality and style, building a team of teachers who are "both red and professional".

At the same time, it is necessary to strengthen the work of training and developing the team, regularly innovate, improve the quality of emulation and rewards. In addition, it is necessary to promptly detect, commend and reward small groups, teachers directly teaching in the classroom, students in difficult areas, creating motivation and encouraging the spirit of emulation widely and sustainably.
