In 2024, Party committees and grassroots organizations in the province have led and directed the serious and timely implementation and ensured the requirements on progress and quality of key tasks of judicial reform. Documents related to judicial activities were deployed promptly; the team of judicial and judicial support staff was consolidated and improved; facilities, conditions and means for judicial activities in the locality were enhanced. Judicial agencies have complied with legal provisions, especially regulations on receiving and handling denunciations and reports of crimes, prosecuting, investigating and handling crimes, carrying out temporary detention, temporary imprisonment, execution of criminal sentences and handling complaints and denunciations in judicial activities. State management in the field of judicial support continues to receive attention and be strengthened.

In 2025, the Provincial Steering Committee for Judicial Reform will continue to lead, disseminate, and effectively implement the policies and directions of the Central and Provincial Party Committees on judicial reform; organize the dissemination and implementation of new laws that will take effect in 2025. Focus on advising, disseminating, and promptly implementing projects and plans to implement Resolution No. 27-NQ/TW of the Central Executive Committee on continuing to build and perfect the socialist rule-of-law state of Vietnam in the new period. Complete the organization and apparatus and improve the quality of staff in judicial and judicial support agencies. Judicial agencies focus on effectively implementing Regulation 114-QD/TW of the Politburo on controlling power and preventing and combating corruption and negativity in personnel work and Regulation 132-QD/TW of the Politburo on controlling power, preventing and combating corruption and negativity in investigation, prosecution, trial and execution activities; strengthening coordination, innovating processes and regulations in investigation, prosecution, trial and execution activities; promptly handling and resolving cases, especially serious and complicated cases of public concern; performing well the work of receiving citizens; receiving and handling complaints, denunciations, recommendations and reflections of citizens related to judicial activities; promoting administrative reform and digital transformation, applying information technology in judicial agencies.
