Summary and award ceremony of the Reading Culture Ambassador Contest of Tuyen Quang province in 2025

On the morning of August 5, the Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism organized a summary and award ceremony for the preliminary round of the 2025 Tuyen Quang Province Reading Culture Ambassador Contest. Attending the summary and award ceremony were leaders of the Provincial Party Committee's Propaganda and Mass Mobilization Department; representatives of departments and offices of the Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism; Department of Education and Training, and a large number of teachers and students in the province.

The Organizing Committee awarded prizes to the school with the largest number of entries and the school with the most winning entries.

After 3 months of launching, the contest has attracted the attention of many students in the whole province, with over 8,066 entries, including 8,042 written entries and 24 videos . There are 3,777 primary school students participating in the contest; 1,493 secondary school students participating; 2,796 high school students participating.

After a period of serious, fair and objective work, the Jury has selected 38 entries to award the preliminary round of the 2025 Tuyen Quang Province Reading Literature Ambassador Contest. These are selected entries of quite good quality, from sharing feelings about the work, analyzing the meaning of the work, developing the work, building plans and measures to encourage reading, with investment, creativity and appeal.

Leaders of the Provincial Party Committee's Propaganda and Mass Mobilization Department awarded prizes to the winners of the contest.

At the end of the contest, the Organizing Committee awarded 2 collective prizes to the school with the most contestants (Phan Thiet Primary School) and the school with the most winners (Hong Thai Primary School); awarded 2 first prizes to Le Khanh Ly, class 4C, An Tuong Primary School, An Tuong ward and La Khanh Chi, class 4D7, Phan Thiet Primary School, Minh Xuan ward; awarded 8 second prizes, 10 third prizes and 18 consolation prizes.

The Reading Culture Ambassador Contest is one of the activities to implement the Project "Developing reading culture in the community until 2020, with a vision to 2030" approved by the Prime Minister. The contest has been launched by the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism since 2019 and has become a playground and forum for students to spread the passion for reading to the young generation, exchange and share experiences of reading and developing a reading culture. Thereby encouraging and promoting the reading movement in schools and communities, arousing the desire to contribute and develop the country, contributing to building a system of cultural values ​​and standards for Vietnamese people.
