The rate of passengers using biometrics has increased 2.6 times compared to the first day of implementation. This shows that people have gradually become accustomed to using the VNeID application for online check-in and using biometrics when checking in for flights. To correct errors in personal and household information on VNeID, Ho Chi Minh City Police recommends that people regularly log in and use VNeID to check information. If errors are detected, they can report them directly through the "Reporting difficulties and problems" section on VNeID, or they can contact the local police station where they live for specific instructions.
