The contest is one of the key activities in Transerco's peak emulation program to celebrate the 80th anniversary of the August Revolution and National Day September 2, towards the 71st anniversary of the Capital Liberation Day.

According to Mr. Nguyen Thuy, Deputy General Director of Transerco, drivers and service staff are important factors in creating the capital's bus culture through standards of behavior and customer service attitude.
The contest is one of the activities to innovate propaganda and training methods, gradually improving service skills and handling situations of bus service staff.
At the same time, the contest is also a playground and opportunity for drivers and service staff of the units to exchange, compete and learn about professional, civilized and polite style in behavior and communication with customers.

At the contest, 9 teams from 7 affiliated units and 2 member joint stock companies competed in 2 rounds, including the qualifying round (introduction, knowledge) and the final round (behavioral skills, situation handling).
The competition situations are all real situations in public passenger transport activities, challenging the handling ability of the competing teams, thereby contributing to creating an increasingly professional and friendly image and quality of Transerco's bus service.
