On November 26, authorized by the Chief Justice of the Supreme People's Court, Chief Justice of Binh Duong Provincial People's Court Nguyen Thi Tuyet Thanh handed over the decision to transfer and appoint the Chief Justice of Thu Dau Mot City People's Court.

Accordingly, Mr. Hoang Huy Toan (53 years old), Chief Justice of the Criminal Court of Binh Duong Province People's Court, was appointed to the position of Chief Justice of Thu Dau Mot City People's Court from December 1, 2024.

The Chief Justice of Binh Duong Provincial People's Court also handed over the decision to transfer and appoint Mr. Cao Nhat Thanh (49 years old), Chief Justice of Thu Dau Mot City People's Court, to hold the position of Chief Justice of the Family and Juvenile Court of Binh Duong Provincial People's Court from December 1, 2024.

Previously, the leaders of Binh Duong Provincial People's Court held a ceremony to announce and hand over the decision to appoint Ms. Do Thi Ngoc Lan (51 years old), Chief Justice of Dau Tieng District People's Court, to hold the position of Chief Justice of Bac Tan Uyen District People's Court.

Handing over the decision to transfer and appoint Mr. Nguyen Van Thanh (56 years old), Intermediate Judge, Chief Justice of Bac Tan Uyen District People's Court, to hold the position of Chief Justice of the Civil Court of the Provincial People's Court.
