Currently, this short article has thousands of likes, shares and comments. Most of the students can easily recognize "Mr. Thong is the best", "Mr. Thong is from the economics department, teaching basic marketing management".

Many students admitted that they were "captivated by the teacher", "in weather like this, only Mr. Thong understands students' intentions" and many even jokingly said "find this subject and come study it immediately... If the teacher teaches 10 subjects, I will learn all 10 subjects".

Many students added that before that, this lecturer also brought candy, books, pens, etc. to class to give to students.

Student Nhu Quynh said: "Mr. Thong is so cute, every time we speak to get extra points, he gives us 1-2 pens, and at the end of class, he even buys cakes for the whole class."

"The main thing is to make you happy"

On the morning of April 12, Tuoi Tre Online contacted Dr. Le Quang Thong - lecturer of business administration, economics faculty, Nong Lam University, Ho Chi Minh City. He confirmed that he was the person appearing in the photos and clips above.

Mr. Thong shared: "The weather in Saigon has been so hot these past few days. I followed the weather forecast every day and saw that it was 38 - 39 degrees Celsius, while the classroom was very hot and students had no drinking water on site.

Many students were exhausted from the heat and I felt sorry for them. So I brought a cooler of ice water from home and ordered glasses and drinks to bring to class to give to the students."

Also according to Mr. Thong, yesterday's class he taught was basic marketing, for first-year students of many different majors to study together.

"The main thing is to make the students happy. Students must have fun going to school so they can study well. The amount of soft drinks I bought didn't cost much, each student only drank 1 or 2 glasses of water but they were very happy, they said they felt healthier and really kept order to study," Mr. Thong confided.
