At 6 a.m. on November 10 local time, the China National Meteorological Center continued to issue a yellow storm warning, the third most serious of the four levels according to color including red, orange, yellow and blue, for Typhoon Yinxing. This storm is forecast to most likely pass the southeast coast of Hainan Island on the night of November 10.

Although the storm's intensity has been reduced from a super typhoon to a strong typhoon, it still affects a series of localities in southern China.
In particular, coastal areas of Hainan, Fujian, and Guangdong provinces have strong winds of level 9-10. Winds in the sea near the storm's center may be strong at level 12-14, gusting to level 15-16. Hainan Maritime Safety Agency raised the storm response level to level 2 at 4 p.m. on November 9.
Due to the impact of the storm, many passenger trains in and out of Hainan have been suspended. According to the announcement of the Guangzhou branch of China Railway Group, 45.5 pairs of high-speed rail lines around Hainan Island were suspended on November 10, 2 pairs had to shorten the operating distance, of which 28 pairs were in Haikou City.
On November 11, 60.5 pairs of high-speed rail trains around Hainan Island were suspended again, including 37.5 pairs in Haikou City.
Also on November 10, the Education and Youth Development Bureau of the Macau Special Administrative Region said that due to the impact of Typhoon Yinxing, the Macau Meteorological Bureau issued a typhoon signal No. 3. According to regulations, primary schools, kindergartens and special education classes will be closed all day on November 10.
Meanwhile, two new storms, Toraji and Man-yi, appeared on the afternoon of November 9. After Typhoon Yinxing, China may continue to be affected by Typhoon Toraji. According to the forecast of the country's meteorological agency, Typhoon Toraji will move into the East Sea on the morning of November 12, then head to the waters east of Hainan Island, after making landfall in the Philippines on November 11.
