According to Decision No. 386/QD-UBND, Nghe An province assigned to Eurowindow Holding's member company 272,762.9 m² of land in phase 1 in Dong Vinh ward, of which 111,208.9 m² of urban land is for building low-rise housing area; 18,478.3 m² of urban land is for building social housing area; and 143,075.7 m² of land is for non-business technical and social infrastructure works.
