-Project name: New rural residential area of ​​Trieu Viet Vuong commune (old Tan Dan commune)

- Quantity: 33 plots of land with total area: 2,808.72 m².

- Plot area: From 68.42m² to 120m².

- Starting price: From 17,000,000 VND/m² to 30,000,000 VND/m² (depending on each plot of land).

- Auction invitation documents: 200,000 VND/document/land plot.

- Time for selling documents and deposit payment (equal to 20% of the starting price of the land plots) from September 19, 2025 to 5:00 p.m. on October 6, 2025 (during office hours).

- Location for selling bidding documents:
