In the first 6 months of 2023, the Party Committee, Command, Party committees and commanders at all levels of Naval Region 3 thoroughly grasped and strictly implemented the Party's directives, resolutions, conclusions, action programs, plans and instructions from superiors. Timely advised the Party Committee of the Service and the Navy Political Department on solutions to improve the effectiveness and quality of Party and political work.

The unit has implemented many innovative models and methods to contribute to improving the quality of political education at the unit, such as: Shortened lectures when soldiers perform tasks at sea; "military psychological and legal counseling team", "studying 1 law each week", "internal newsletter"; initiative "Automatic radio repeater"...

Along with that, Party committees and commanders at all levels proactively coordinated to organize propaganda activities on seas and islands; effectively implemented the program "The Navy is a fulcrum for fishermen to go offshore and stick to the sea" in localities. Organized and deployed two key cultural activities; the contest "Private Soldier's Song", "Private Soldier's Dance"; screened movies on big screens to serve soldiers and people. The Deputy Director of the General Department of Politics of the Vietnam People's Army assessed that the Party and political work activities in the first 6 months of 2023 of Naval Region 3 closely followed the political tasks of the unit, the ideological situation of officers and soldiers was stable, and the unit was absolutely politically secure.

Lieutenant General Nguyen Van Gau requested the Party Committee, the Command of Naval Region 3, the Party committees and commanders of agencies and units to continue to thoroughly grasp the Resolution of the 13th Party Congress, the resolutions and directives of Party committees at all levels and concretize them into the implementation of the tasks of agencies and units. Closely follow the military and defense tasks and the practical situation; proactively grasp and manage the ideological situation of the troops, promptly resolve arising issues; overcome the limitations and shortcomings pointed out by the inspection team. Effectively implement the Project to innovate educational work at the unit in the new period; well carry out the emulation and reward work and the Emulation Movement to Win.
