On the morning of October 5, comrade Phan Dinh Trac, Politburo member, Party Central Committee Secretary, Head of the Central Internal Affairs Commission, together with National Assembly deputies: Duong Khac Mai, Provincial Party Committee member, Deputy Head of the Provincial National Assembly Delegation, Member of the National Assembly's Law Committee; Trinh Thi Tu Anh, full-time delegate of the Provincial National Assembly Delegation, Member of the National Assembly's Science, Technology and Environment Committee, had a meeting with voters of Ta Nang commune (former Duc Trong district) before the 10th session of the 15th National Assembly.

At the meeting, the National Assembly Delegation informed voters about the expected content and program of the 10th Session of the 15th National Assembly, in which the National Assembly is expected to consider and pass 42 draft laws and 3 resolutions, decide on many important issues on socio -economics, state budget, investment policies for national target programs for the 2026-2035 period, as well as discuss reports summarizing the work of the 2021-2026 term of State agencies.

Ta Nang commune is currently merged from two communes Da Quyn and Ta Nang, with the majority of the current population being ethnic minorities. At the meeting, voters reflected and made recommendations on many pressing issues related to people's lives and infrastructure development in the locality.

Voters petitioned about difficulties in personnel and civil servant work when implementing a two-level government, the shortage of staff, and requested attention and additional arrangements to meet requirements.

Specifically, voters pointed out shortcomings in land management and use such as overlapping red books, difficulties in dividing plots, problems in demarcating boundaries between agricultural land and forestry land; many households have not been surveyed or granted land use right certificates for more than 3 months. People also recommended that it is necessary to promptly overcome limitations in organizing the implementation of the two-level government model, supplement and arrange enough qualified civil servants to meet job requirements; at the same time, they requested investment in power lines to serve people's production.

Comrade Phan Dinh Trac, Head of the Central Internal Affairs Committee, received, acknowledged and highly appreciated the opinions and recommendations of the voters of Ta Nang commune, which were very close to reality. He emphasized: There are many shortcomings regarding land, the operation of two-level government, lack of qualified and competent officials at the commune level.... He requested the province to pay attention and focus on solving them, ensuring all benefits for the people from the commune level.

Regarding the shortcomings and complaints that have lasted for decades about land, Lam Dong province's leaders are requested to focus on directing departments, branches, and communes to resolve them thoroughly, report as soon as possible to the Provincial National Assembly Delegation, and have a specific written response for the people. They are requested to pay attention to providing specific legal guidance to the people, so that they do not have to travel many times and lose their legitimate rights. Regarding specific cases, they are requested to pay attention to receiving, reviewing, and reporting specifically to superiors. If there are signs of violations, they should be transferred to the Investigation Agency for strict handling.

Regarding administrative procedures at the commune level, comrade Phan Dinh Trac also hopes that voters and people will share the difficulties of the Party, State and localities when operating the two-level government apparatus, which still faces many difficulties....
