Ha Long Primary, Secondary and High School opens new school year

On the morning of September 5, in the exciting atmosphere of the first day of school, Ha Long Primary, Secondary and High School (Long An ward, Tay Ninh province) held the Opening Ceremony of the 2025-2026 school year.

The school awarded certificates of merit to students with good achievements in the 2025 National High School Exam.

In the 2024-2025 school year, teachers and students of Ha Long Primary, Secondary and High School strive to achieve many outstanding results. Students participating in exams and competitions at all levels won many encouraging awards such as: 2 Encouragement prizes in the exam to select excellent high school students, 3 students won the city-level excellent cultural students in secondary schools; good streaming of grade 9 students, some students passed into high-quality, public schools in the province; high school graduation rate reached 100%, many students were admitted to universities, colleges and intermediate schools.

Entering the new school year, the school welcomed 66 students to grade 1, 38 students to grade 6 and 125 students to grade 10. The total number of students in the school is 1,071.

Speaking at the ceremony, Principal of Ha Long Primary, Secondary and High School Tran Quang Hiep expected all staff, teachers and students to continue to unite, innovate, be creative, improve the quality of teaching and learning, and build a friendly educational environment with the motto: "Learn to develop, learn to live together, learn to work, learn to contribute".

On this occasion, the school awarded 133 scholarships in the form of tuition fee exemptions with a total value of more than 1 billion VND to encourage and support students in difficult circumstances to confidently enter the new school year. At the same time, the school awarded 3 teachers who won the title of Emulation Fighter for the 2024-2025 school year; 4 students with good results in the 2025 National High School Exam.

At the ceremony, teachers, staff and students of the school watched online the opening ceremony of the new school year combined with the celebration of the 80th anniversary of the establishment of the Ministry of National Education (now the Ministry of Education and Training ) at the National Convention Center, organized by the Ministry of Education and Training./.
