The People's Councils of 12 districts, towns and cities in the province will hold a thematic session to consider many important contents on streamlining the apparatus.

Implementing the request of the Provincial People's Committee and the guidance of the Department of Home Affairs, localities in Hai Duong province are urgently completing the organization of specialized agencies under the District People's Committees, ensuring synchronous operations with the completion of the arrangement and streamlining of the Government's apparatus.

Accordingly, from the morning of February 19 to the morning of February 21, the People's Councils of 12 districts, towns and cities will hold a thematic meeting to review and approve resolutions on the reorganization of specialized departments under the People's Committees at the district level, and announce decisions related to the reorganization of the apparatus.

Some districts will announce decisions on personnel work when restructuring the apparatus right after the People's Council meeting.

It is expected that on the morning of February 19, the People's Councils of Gia Loc and Ninh Giang districts will be the first two units in Hai Duong province to hold a thematic meeting on apparatus arrangement; after that, the remaining 10 districts, towns and cities will hold meetings.

The People's Council of Hai Duong province will hold a thematic session (the 29th session) on the morning of February 20, to consider and approve many contents on the arrangement of the organizational apparatus and policies to support people who retire early and quit their jobs when streamlining the apparatus.
