The Regional Commander personally inspected the actual conditions of the new soldiers' accommodation, living and studying; met and understood the new soldiers' thoughts and aspirations after the first week of joining the unit. Listening to the new soldiers share their thoughts and aspirations in the first days of joining the unit, the Commander kindly encouraged and motivated them, oriented their thoughts and answered their questions so that they could feel secure in their training and practice at the unit.
Colonel Nguyen Van Bach, Commander of Region 4, came to inspect the training assurance work and met with new soldiers to assess their situation.
The Commander requested that unit commanders continue to closely follow and be close to the troops to promptly encourage and resolve problems to help them quickly integrate into the training environment; regularly check the work of ensuring all aspects of ensuring a good life and spirit for new soldiers, pay attention to sleeping places and drinking water for troops, especially in hot, sunny weather conditions and difficult, harsh initial training conditions.
