Attending the preparatory session were comrades representing leaders of specialized agencies advising and assisting the Central Committee.
The leaders of Gia Lai province include comrades: Rah Lan Chung - Standing Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the Provincial People's Council; Pham Anh Tuan - Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee; Chau Ngoc Tuan - Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Head of the Provincial National Assembly Delegation; Nguyen Ngoc Luong - Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the Provincial Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee.
Also attending the preparatory session of the Congress were members of the Provincial Party Executive Committee for the 2020-2025 term; along with 450 officially convened delegates, representing more than 147,000 party members of 139 party committees under the Provincial Party Committee.
At the preparatory session, the Congress elected the Congress Presidium consisting of 18 comrades; the Congress Secretariat consisting of 3 comrades and elected the Delegate Qualification Examination Committee consisting of 7 comrades.
At the same time, the preparatory session also approved the working program of the official session of the 1st Provincial Party Congress; approved the working regulations and rules of the Congress.
In addition, the Congress also approved the list of delegation groups (including 9 groups), meeting locations of groups and assigned group leaders, deputy group leaders and group secretaries to discuss and vote on the main targets of the Congress.
Speaking at the end of the preparatory session, Provincial Party Secretary Ho Quoc Dung emphasized: The preparatory session was conducted in an atmosphere of solidarity and unity, demonstrating the high sense of responsibility of the delegates, ensuring the necessary conditions for the opening session and the entire Congress program.

The 1st Congress of Gia Lai Provincial Party Committee, term 2025-2030 is an important political event, an important milestone in the new development path of Gia Lai province.
With the motto "Solidarity-Democracy-Discipline-Breakthrough-Development", inheriting the achievements, glorious revolutionary tradition and with the great potential of the new development space, the Congress determined the viewpoints, goals, key tasks as well as breakthroughs for Gia Lai province and the whole country to firmly step into the new era.
The opening session of the Congress will take place at 7:30 a.m. on October 3 at the Provincial Convention Center (01 Nguyen Tat Thanh, Quy Nhon Ward) and will be broadcast live on Gia Lai Newspaper and Radio and Television.
