England had a historic match under coach Tuchel

Noni Madueke scored her first goal for England.

Thomas Tuchel's side travelled to Belgrade with the belief that it would be a night to remember and they delivered. This was arguably the Three Lions' most explosive performance under the German tactician: dominating from the very first minutes, quickly quieting the frenzied atmosphere in the home stands.

Harry Kane opened the scoring with his 74th goal in 109 appearances for the national team, continuing to assert his irreplaceable position in attack. Then Noni Madueke, Ezri Konsa, Marc Guehi scored their first goals for England, before Marcus Rashford sealed the score from the penalty spot in the 90th minute.

In the back line, the Three Lions' defense continued to show solidity with the seventh consecutive clean sheet.

The victory was all the more impressive because England were without key players such as Jude Bellingham, Bukayo Saka, Phil Foden or Cole Palmer.

With this historic victory, England extended their streak of 8 consecutive wins in official tournaments, and also became the first team in history to score 5 goals against Serbia in Belgrade.

This is also England's biggest win since coach Tuchel took charge at the beginning of the year. Before that, the "Three Lions" beat Andorra 2-0, lost to Senegal 1-3, beat Andorra 1-0, Latvia 3-0 and Albania 2-0.

The Belgrade night not only helped coach Tuchel relieve the pressure from recent criticism, but also brought him a “pleasant headache”, as many new faces affirmed their value, bringing depth and healthy competition to the squad that English fans have long awaited.
