Tuyen Quang had comrade Nguyen Viet Khanh, Vice Chairman of the Provincial Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee and 2 official delegates: Mr. (Giuse) Luong Van Thong, Chairman of My Bang Parish Council; Ms. (Maria) Luong Thuy Tien, Member of Phu Lam Parish Council attending the Congress.

The congress is an opportunity to share good experiences and effective methods; to honor and promote advanced models; to encourage and motivate Catholics to continue to promote the tradition of solidarity, patriotism, respect for God and existing humanistic values and good traditions; to be active and exemplary in emulation in labor, production, and building a cultural life, contributing to building an increasingly rich and civilized country, moving forward into a new era.

Over the past 5 years, the emulation movement "All people unite to build new rural areas, civilized urban areas, live a good life and follow the religion" associated with 8 contents launched by the Central Committee of Solidarity of Vietnamese Catholics has achieved more practical results, with profound political, economic , cultural and social significance. The specific actions of Catholic compatriots are vivid proof of the spirit of patriotism and the tradition of solidarity, attachment and companionship with the nation, well implementing the 9 emulation contents launched at the 5th Emulation Conference, period 2015-2020.

As a result, there have appeared more and more good people, good deeds, typical advanced, excellent in labor production, economic development, helping each other to eliminate hunger and reduce poverty, promoting charitable and humanitarian activities, and well implementing the Party's guidelines and policies and the State's laws.
