Note:

– The system for monitoring and measuring the level of provision and use of digital Government services (EMC system) of the Ministry of Information and Communications collects data from administrative procedure handling information systems at the ministerial and provincial levels (these systems send real-time and automatic data to the EMC system).

- The monthly periodic data published here, the Ministry of Information and Communications recommends that units regularly monitor to improve the quality of online public services throughout the process, during the monitoring process, if there are any data discrepancies, they can contact the focal point of the National Digital Transformation Agency to check and update data completely and accurately.

– The Ministry of Information and Communications assigns the National Digital Transformation Agency to be the focal point for providing EMC system accounts and performing data reconciliation and updating (Comrade Nguyen Duc Huy, email: [email protected], phone: 0965818483).

– Agencies and units that are not sending data to the EMC System at the present time:

+ Ministry of Foreign Affairs ;

+ State Bank of Vietnam ;

+ Ministry of Health;

+ Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism;

+ Ministry of Home Affairs;

+ Ministry of Science and Technology;

+ Ministry of National Defense;

+ Hue City (Disconnection from EMC System due to Hue City's administrative procedure information system being upgraded).
