U.17 Vietnam does something special before conquering the Asian tournament

At Dien Kinh Thien on Nghia Linh peak, the coaching staff, players and all members of the Vietnam U.17 team respectfully offered incense and flowers to commemorate the Hung Kings. The team also reported on the achievements they had made in the preparation for the 2025 U.17 Asian qualifiers, notably the runner-up position in the 2024 U.16 Peace Cup held in China. At this tournament, the Vietnam U.16 team (now Vietnam U.17) made a strong impression when defeating two powers of Asian youth football, Uzbekistan U.16 and Japan U.16, with scores of 3-0 and 1-0, respectively.

Brazilian coach Cristiano Roland leads the Vietnam U.17 team to an official tournament for the first time.

Before the souls of the Hung Kings, head coach Cristiano Roland, the coaching staff and the players of the U.17 Vietnam team vowed to unite, practice hard, and compete with all their might for the country's flag and colors, dedicating themselves to fans across the country.

The Vietnam U.17 team showed their determination to complete the set goals in Group I - the 2025 AFC U.17 qualifiers, held at Viet Tri Stadium, Phu Tho province from October 23 to 27.

U.17 Vietnam players offer incense at Hung Temple

In Group I of the 2025 AFC U17 Championship qualifiers, Vietnam U17 will face Kyrgyzstan, Myanmar and Yemen. According to the schedule, Vietnam U17 will meet Kyrgyzstan U17 (October 23), Myanmar U17 (October 25) and Yemen U17 (October 27). The organizers will open the gates for free for fans to cheer for Vietnam U17 and the participating teams. All matches in Group I will be broadcast live on theFPT Play system and the media platforms of the Vietnam Football Federation (YouTube channel VFF Channel, VFF Fanpage).
