After listening to the presentation and discussing, the People's Council of Nam Tra My district unanimously passed the Resolution to establish and reorganize specialized agencies under the District People's Committee.

Accordingly, reorganize the Department of Home Affairs on the basis of merging the Department of Labor, Invalids and Social Affairs and the Department of Home Affairs. Reorganize and establish the Department of Agriculture and Environment on the basis of merging the Department of Agriculture and Rural Development and the Department of Natural Resources and Environment. Reorganize and establish the Department of Economy , Infrastructure and Urban Areas on the basis of adjusting the functions and tasks of the Department of Economy - Infrastructure.

Establish the Department of Culture, Science and Information on the basis of supplementing the functions and tasks of the Department of Culture and Information. Establish the Department of Ethnicities and Religion on the basis of supplementing the functions and tasks of the District Department of Ethnicities.

Reorganize the Department of Education and Training, receive and add functions and tasks on vocational education from the Department of Labor, Invalids and Social Affairs. The Office of the People's Council and People's Committee of the district receive and add functions and tasks of state management on social protection, children and social evil prevention from the Department of Labor, Invalids and Social Affairs.

After establishing, merging and reorganizing specialized agencies, Nam Tra My District People's Committee has 10 departments left (2 departments reduced).
