VIDEO: Stirring clip of teacher coming to student's house and slapping him in the face

(NLDO)- Authorities in Thanh Hoa are verifying a clip circulating online that is said to show a teacher coming to a student's house and slapping him repeatedly in the face.

On August 13, the People's Committee of Vinh Loc commune, Thanh Hoa province, said it had received information about a video clip shared on social media recording a scene of a man riding a motorbike to a resident's house and then repeatedly slapping a teenager in the face.

Video clip is said to show a teacher coming to a middle school student's house and slapping him repeatedly in the face.

According to information shared on social networks, the incident happened in Vinh Loc town, old Vinh Loc district (now Vinh Loc commune, Thanh Hoa province). The man in the clip is a teacher currently working at Vinh Loc High School, and the male student who was beaten is studying at Vinh Loc Middle School.

The clip shows that the incident occurred at 9:33 a.m. on August 8, 2025. At that time, the man drove a motorbike to a house and then repeatedly slapped a male student in the face.

According to initial information, the cause of the incident was due to a student saying bad things about the teacher, causing the teacher to be upset and go to the house and act as shown in the video clip.

Speaking with Nguoi Lao Dong Newspaper, a representative of the Department of Education and Training of Thanh Hoa province said they were aware of the incident and were asking Vinh Loc High School to report.
