Lottery business people said that according to regulations, when the Jackpot 1 prize value reaches over 300 billion VND but there is no winning ticket for this prize, and at the same time if there is a winning ticket for Jackpot 2, the entire accumulated amount of Jackpot 1 prize (the amount exceeding 300 billion VND) will be transferred to Jackpot 2 prize.
