Mr. Nguyen Dinh Bang, Chairman of the People's Committee of Thach Long commune, confirmed that he had received a complaint from Ms. L., the wife of Mr. PVH (born in 1981), who is a commune land official, about his improper relationship with another person and having a child with another person.
“We just received Ms. L.’s application on Monday and are currently assigning it to the judicial staff to verify and clarify the above information and come up with a solution. Before that, public opinion also discussed Mr. H.’s improper relationship. We invited him to work and Mr. H. admitted that he was close to some people, but that was because of the nature of his work,” Mr. Bang informed.
According to the complaint of Ms. L. (in Thanh Hung commune, Thach Thanh district), Mr. H. (her husband) had an illicit relationship with another woman, resulting in having a child out of wedlock. Mr. H. often neglected his family and did not care about his children.
Ms. L. and Mr. H. got married in 2013, have 2 children together, and the family is currently living together in Thanh Hung commune.
“Before, I heard rumors that my husband had an affair with another woman, but I didn’t believe it. Recently, I discovered that he had a child with another woman.
Many times I reminded and talked to my husband about the above incident, even held many family meetings to resolve it, but he did not change. Unable to accept the above behavior, I filed a complaint with the court and the agency where Mr. H. worked,” Ms. L. shared.
