From April 28 to 30, Ships 526 and 470, Squadron 512, Brigade 127, Naval Region 5 provided free fresh water to people on Hon Chuoi Island, Song Doc Town, Tran Van Thoi District, Ca Mau Province.

120m3 of fresh water to serve the daily needs of officers and soldiers of Naval Region 5 on Phu Quoc Island was transported by the unit's ships to Hon Chuoi Island to supply to the people.
