Trung Ly border commune gives Independence Day gifts to the people

(Baothanhhoa.vn) - Implementing the policy of giving gifts to people on the occasion of the 80th anniversary of the August Revolution and National Day September 2 of the Party and State, on the afternoon of August 31, Trung Ly commune began to organize the direct giving of gifts to people in the villages in the area.

According to the review, Trung Ly commune has more than 7 thousand people receiving Independence Day gifts. On the afternoon of August 31, the People's Committee of the commune established 6 working groups to hand out gifts at the cultural houses of the villages, ensuring the right recipients, publicity and transparency. Each person was given a gift worth 100,000 VND in cash from the state budget.

By the afternoon of August 31, Trung Ly commune had handed over to the people of Tao village; for the remaining villages, the commune will continue to deploy tomorrow, September 1.
