The first Di Linh Commune Party Congress is a particularly important political event of the locality, marking the milestone of the first term after merging administrative units from 3 communes of Tan Chau, Lien Dam, Gung Re and Di Linh town (old Di Linh district).

Comrade Phan Hong Vinh - Standing Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee of Di Linh commune said: Promoting the spirit of initiative, determination and the synchronous participation of the entire political system, the preparation work for the Party Congress was deployed by Di Linh commune early in a methodical, thorough, serious manner, ensuring progress, quality and efficiency. All key contents such as propaganda work, number of delegates attending the Congress, facilities, ensuring political security and social order were closely directed by the Party Committee of the commune.

The Congress documents were carefully prepared by the Di Linh Commune Party Committee, with practical experience and extensive consultation at village and residential group conferences. Many opinions were compiled, of which many important contents were included in the Congress documents.

At the same time, Di Linh commune has also urgently deployed the consolidation of sub-committees serving the Congress. The sub-committees have quickly started working according to the assigned tasks, ensuring the progress and quality of work. Plans and solutions to ensure security and order before, during and after the Congress have been carefully and thoroughly developed.

In particular, propaganda work has been promoted by Di Linh commune through visual and vivid forms. The loudspeaker system regularly broadcasts content related to the Congress. Along the roads, colorful flags and slogans welcoming the Congress are hung. Along with that, the government and organizations in Di Linh commune simultaneously launched a campaign to clean up the environment, beautify the landscape, decorate cultural institutions in residential areas and hang Party and national flags along inter-village and inter-commune roads to welcome the Congress. The Women's Union collects waste and plants more trees. The Youth Union launched a Green Sunday, taking care of the Martyrs' Cemetery grounds, etc. The activities have attracted a large number of cadres, party members, union members, youth and people from all walks of life to participate.

At residential group 4 (old Di Linh town), last weekend, many people also actively joined forces to clean up the village streets and alleys. Mr. Nguyen Xuan Yen - Head of residential group 4 shared: "Although the weather was not favorable, everyone enthusiastically participated in the common work. Joining the atmosphere of a very new Party Congress, each of us felt the joyful atmosphere and placed a lot of trust and expectations in the Congress".
