As part of a series of emulation activities to welcome the Party Congresses at all levels , towards the 14th National Congress of the Party (term 2025-2030), the Party Committee and People's Committee of Vinh Phuoc commune have just organized the simultaneous handover of 27 houses to people with revolutionary contributions and relatives of martyrs (phase 2/2025) according to Decision No. 21/2024 of the Prime Minister .

Of these, 15 were newly built (each house costing 70 million VND) and 12 were renovated (each house costing 35 million VND). Depending on their conditions, many families have saved up more capital to build and renovate more spacious and sustainable houses.

Leaders of Vinh Phuoc commune visited and shared joy with the households, and encouraged them to continue promoting revolutionary traditions, strictly complying with the Party's policies and the State's laws, enthusiastically participating in local emulation movements, and working hard and saving to develop the economy and stabilize their lives.

Up to now, Vinh Phuoc commune has completed the housing support program according to Decision No. 21/2024, with a total of 40 newly built houses and 39 repaired houses for people with meritorious services and relatives of martyrs.

* On the same day, the Youth Union of Vinh Phuoc commune organized the launching of the national flag street project to welcome the 1st Congress of the Commune Party Committee, term 2025-2030.

The activity attracted the participation of 30 Youth Union members and hamlet officials. Accordingly, the force repainted the flagpoles and planted 300 flag sets (flag stands, flagpoles and flags) on two roads in Phuoc Thanh and Phuoc Truong hamlets, with a total length of 6 km. The cost of this project is about 12 million VND. In addition, the commune Youth Union also combined propaganda and mobilized people to actively clean up the environment, take care of trees and ornamental plants in front of their houses to create a beautiful look for the countryside.

Taking place in rainy weather but the volunteers of the commune were very active to complete the project.

Ms. Nguyen Thi Hong Diem, Secretary of the Vinh Phuoc Commune Youth Union, said: “The national flag street project not only creates a bustling atmosphere to welcome the 1st Congress of the Commune Party Committee, but also propagates and educates cadres, union members, youth, and people to understand the meaning, sacred value, and be more proud of the national flag. Thereby, it arouses in the young generation and the entire population patriotism, solidarity, and aspiration to develop the locality to become more and more prosperous.”
