The match for the top spot in Group B of the VTV Cup 2025 International Women's Volleyball Tournament between Korabelka Club (Russia) and Taiwan team took place with an exciting chase for points. The class of the defending champion Korabelka was shown at the crucial moment, helping them win 3-1 (30/28, 24/26, 25/22, 25/17) against Taiwan team.

Winning all three matches helped Korabelka Club reach 8 points to enter the quarter-finals as the top team in Group B. Taiwan team (6 points) ranked second, Thailand U.21 team (4 points) ranked third and Vietnam U.21 team (0 points) ranked last in Group B.

In Group A, the Philippines team, after defeating Sichuan Club (China), continued to overcome the Australian team (3-0) to enter the quarterfinals as second place in the group. The Vietnamese women's volleyball team deployed a reserve team and still won 3-0 against Sichuan Club in the final match. Winning all 3 matches, coach Nguyen Tuan Kiet and his team achieved 9 points, entering the quarterfinals as first place in Group A. Sichuan Club (3 points) ranked third and the Australian team (0 points) ranked last in Group A.

The second quarterfinal match was the confrontation between the Taiwanese team (second place in Group B) and the Sichuan Club (third place in Group A). ​​The third quarterfinal match was between the Korabelka Club (first place in Group B) and the Australian team (fourth place in Group A) and the fourth quarterfinal match was the competition between the Philippines team (second place in Group A) and the Thai U.21 team (third place in Group B).

In the 4 quarter-final matches mentioned above in the VTV Cup 2025 international women's volleyball tournament, there are 2 matches that are considered to be evenly matched, which are the match between the Vietnamese women's volleyball team and the Vietnam U.21 team and the Korabelka team and the Australian team.
