The Provincial People's Committee requests relevant departments and the People's Committee of Dong Giang district to consider the proposal of the Department of Construction in Official Dispatch No. 691 dated April 23, 2024 for comments and send it to the Department of Construction for consideration and settlement of procedures for granting construction permits for a number of construction items under the Dong Giang Heaven Gate Eco-tourism Project.
According to this document, the Department of Construction said it has received administrative procedures for granting construction permits for works under the Dong Giang Heaven Gate Eco-tourism Project (phase 2) of Hang Gop Eco-tourism Joint Stock Company (investor).
Accordingly, Hang Gop Eco-tourism Joint Stock Company requested a license to build phase 2 technical infrastructure; cable car towers, foundations for departure and arrival stations of the cable car system; departure cable car station; arrival cable car station; covered corridor; scenic glass bridge; hotel block 3; exhibition house combined with accommodation.
After examining the documents, the Department of Construction has processed the issuance of construction permits for a number of items that meet the requirements according to regulations, including cable car towers, foundations for departure and arrival stations of the cable car system of the project. In order to have enough basis to continue handling the procedures for granting construction permits for the remaining works as requested by the investor, the Provincial People's Committee requests relevant departments and the People's Committee of Dong Giang district to study and coordinate, and soon give opinions on the specific contents as requested by the Department of Construction in Official Dispatch No. 691.
