In addition to the above-mentioned penalties, this facility is also required to remove, dismantle, and delete advertising content that has not been confirmed by a competent state agency before implementation.

This physician was fined more than 46 million VND and had to pay back more than 11 million VND in illegal profits.

The related facility, Quoc Khanh Dental Company Limited (158 Nguyen Van Nghi, Ward 5, Go Vap District), was also fined VND90 million for providing medical examination and treatment services without a business license; at the same time, the facility's medical examination and treatment activities were suspended until all relevant legal documents were completed.

In another case, Dr. Nguyen Vu Phuong Ngoc - a specialist in cosmetic surgery and owner of the business PERLA - BS NGOC (336 Cao Thang, Ward 12, District 10) was fined 12 million VND for not ensuring one of the following conditions after being granted a license to operate medical examination and treatment; not fully posting prices for medical examination and treatment services; creating a medical examination and treatment book but not fully recording according to the provisions of law; recording the names of departments and rooms in the medical examination and treatment facility not in accordance with the medical examination and treatment license records issued by the competent authority; creating medical records but not clearly and fully recording the items in the medical records according to the form prescribed by law.

In addition to the fine, Dr. Nguyen Vu Phuong Ngoc also had his medical license revoked for 3 months and his medical practice certificate revoked for 2 months.
