One year later, in April-May 2027, the Ministry of Education and Training will organize a test of exam questions at locations planned to hold computer-based exams; organize a large-scale test of exam questions according to the process of building a question bank.
The organization of high school graduation exams on computers at qualified locations will be organized together with the paper-based format at other testing locations in June 2027.

The transition to the new exam format is built on a solid legal foundation and has a detailed implementation roadmap, lasting from now until 2027.
This September, the Ministry of Education and Training established a Steering Committee and a Drafting Committee to develop a Project to organize the High School Graduation Exam on computers and submit it to the Prime Minister for approval.
The tasks that need to be completed in the coming time include: Deploying project development, testing questions, reviewing facilities and necessary conditions, issuing procedures and regulations...

The Ministry of Education and Training emphasized that units need to closely coordinate with the Ministry in testing exam questions at educational institutions, and at the same time have plans to prepare facilities.
In particular, it is necessary to invest in computers, computer rooms and other systems to ensure the organization of exams on computers and serve the goals in line with innovation and national digital transformation.
