The Department of Agriculture and Rural Development of Ha Tinh has 91 cadres, civil servants, public employees, and workers; and the Department of Transport of Ha Tinh has 13 cadres and civil servants writing applications for early retirement.
On January 23, information from the Department of Agriculture and Rural Development of Ha Tinh province said that the unit is completing the merger project with the Department of Natural Resources and Environment of Ha Tinh. Up to now, the Department has had 91 civil servants, public employees, and workers apply for early retirement.
Of the 91 people who applied for early retirement, 18 had less than 2 years of work left; 20 had 2-5 years of work left; and 53 had from more than 5 to 10 years of work left.
In addition, the Department of Agriculture and Rural Development of Ha Tinh also had 5 people resign under the severance policy. Among them, some officials were holding the positions of branch chief and deputy head of department.
After receiving the retirement applications of 91 officials, the Department of Agriculture and Rural Development made a list and sent it to the Ha Tinh Department of Home Affairs to synthesize, review, and develop a plan to pay benefits according to regulations.
The leader of the Department of Agriculture and Rural Development of Ha Tinh province said that in the application for early retirement, all the officials shared that it was to facilitate the agencies and organizations to streamline the apparatus, creating opportunities for young officials to contribute.
At the Ha Tinh Department of Transport, 13 officials and civil servants applied for early retirement. Among them were 1 Deputy Director of the Department, 3 Department Heads, 3 Deputy Department Heads and 6 civil servants.
Currently, the Ha Tinh Department of Transport has sent a document to the Department of Home Affairs for statistics and arrangement. The Ha Tinh Department of Transport will merge with the Department of Construction.
Previously, as Dai Doan Ket reported, implementing Resolution No. 18-NQ/TW, the Department of Science and Technology of Ha Tinh had 5 civil servants and 4 public employees wishing to retire early.
