In 2025, Bat Trang commune proposed to consider awarding 15 outstanding artisans in the field of handicrafts of Bat Trang and Kim Lan ceramic villages.
During the on-site visit to the facilities, the City's Appraisal Team assessed that the individuals proposed by Bat Trang commune were all dedicated and devoted to their profession; had professional skills and know-how, especially in designing and manufacturing handicraft products of high economic and aesthetic value, imbued with the traditional cultural identity of the nation, representing the cause of preserving and promoting the value of handicrafts in localities.
In addition to creating artistic works, the above individuals also have many contributions to the preservation and conservation of the value of craft villages, through regularly organizing vocational training classes for the young generation in the locality; actively participating in fairs and exhibitions to widely promote products to the market; exchanging and receiving comments and assessments to improve professional qualifications...
The actual assessment at the facility will be the basis for sending to the Chairman of Hanoi People's Committee to consider and issue a Decision to confer the title of Hanoi artisan to individuals in Bat Trang commune in the coming time.
