4 cars collided on National Highway 1 in Quang Binh

(NLDO) - The accident damaged many vehicles, injured the driver and bus assistant.

At about 3:00 p.m. on March 19, on the flood avoidance route of National Highway 1, through Thanh Thuy commune, Le Thuy district, Quang Binh province, a traffic accident occurred involving 4 vehicles traveling in the same direction.

According to initial information, the 4 vehicles involved in the accident include: a container truck with license plate 50H-383.24, a truck with license plate 29H-783.39, a truck with license plate 74H-009.91, and a passenger bus with license plate 17B-012.59. While the vehicles were traveling in the North-South direction, the container truck in front braked suddenly, leading to a series of accidents.

The incident left the driver and bus assistant injured and they were taken to the hospital by local people. Many people on the bus panicked when the accident suddenly happened.

At the scene, the vehicles were severely damaged, especially the front and rear of the vehicles involved.

Immediately after receiving the news, the authorities arrived at the scene to investigate and regulate traffic to avoid congestion.
