70 Years of Geneva Agreement - Handbook on Vietnamese Diplomacy

Along with the Dien Bien Phu Victory on May 7, 1954, the negotiation and signing of the Geneva Agreement 70 years ago, on July 21, 1954, was not only a historical milestone of our nation, but also had great and profound epochal significance.
