Through investigation, it was found that the young man's name was Ta Huu Quyet (born in 2006, residing in Vien Thanh commune, Yen Thanh district, Nghe An province). Quyet was in a very difficult situation and was living with his grandmother. Because he wanted to help his grandmother, in April 2024, Quyet went to Ho Chi Minh City to apply for a job but was tricked into not being paid, so on June 12, 2024, he took a bus back to his hometown in Nghe An. When he arrived at Phu Loc district, Thua Thien Hue province, because he did not have money to pay, he was kicked off by the bus driver. Quyet walked 5-7 km, and because of the heat and hunger, he was very tired. Fortunately, at this time, Quyet met the Traffic Police Team of Thua Thien Hue Provincial Police to help.
Through a quick verification at Vien Thanh Commune Police, Yen Thanh District, Nghe An Province, the identity of Quyet was exactly as he had stated. Sympathizing with the child's difficult and arduous circumstances, the Working Group arranged for Quyet to eat, support money and take a bus back to his hometown in Yen Thanh District, Nghe An Province to reunite with his family.
