With their dedication and pioneering spirit, they make an important contribution to bringing the Party's guidelines and the State's policies into life, while spreading the belief, will and aspiration to build the homeland.
Female Party Secretary devoted to the people
Graduating from Gia Lai Pedagogical College in 2014, Ms. H'Tinh (born in 1990, in Ia Lang village, Chi Lang ward, Pleiku city; now Hoi Phu ward), chose to stick with social work. From the head of the women's association, vice president of the farmers' association, to the party cell secretary and village chief, head of the mediation team, she has always fulfilled her duties well and has been trusted and loved by the people.

Ia Lang village currently has 406 households, of which more than 85% are Jrai people. In 2022, when Ms. H'Tinh took on the role of Party Cell Secretary and Village Chief, the village still had 8 poor households and 8 near-poor households.
Realizing that the main cause of poor and near-poor households is limited production knowledge, she has mobilized and guided people to apply science and technology, convert crops, and access preferential capital sources.
She also campaigned to establish a clean vegetable growing association, which not only helped farmers improve their production skills but also supported them in selling their products. After only 2 years, the village no longer had any poor households, and the number of near-poor households dropped to only 2.
Ms. H'Tinh is very proactive in maintaining neighborhood relationships, mobilizing people to obey the law, maintain security and order, and actively mediate conflicts. In the context of digital transformation, she is a pioneer in learning IT, researching knowledge online to guide people.
Ms. H'Tinh shared: To perform the job effectively, in addition to dedication to work, it is also necessary to promptly improve related knowledge. For example, to carry out digital transformation, I participated in many free IT training classes and did additional research on my own. In 2021, I also registered to study for a bachelor's degree in Law remotely, supplementing my knowledge to serve the work of mediation and legal propaganda for people.
Ms. Bui Thi Lan, Deputy Head of the Party Building Committee, Hoi Phu Ward Party Committee, commented: “With her dynamism and enthusiasm, Ms. H'Tinh has shown her role as a "locomotive" in bridging the Party's guidelines and policies, the State's policies and laws to the people. At the same time, she has many practical initiatives in mobilizing people to develop the economy and maintain security and order.”
With her contributions, Ms. H'Tinh has been recognized and rewarded many times. Recently, she was awarded a certificate of merit by the People's Committee of Hoi Phu ward in the movement "All people protect national security in 2025".
