Binh Khanh Bridge, spanning the Soai Rap River, connecting Hiep Phuoc Commune with Binh Khanh Commune, was started in August 2025 with a total investment of more than VND 2,800 billion. 2.76 km long, of which the main bridge is 763 m long, the project has a two-plane cable-stayed design, H-shaped tower 135 m high, 55 m clearance, considered the tallest in Vietnam. Having been stalled since the end of 2018 when only about 70% of the volume was achieved due to ODA capital problems, the project is currently accelerating construction to finish on schedule.

Construction started in August 2015, but by the end of 2018, when only about 70% of the volume had been completed, the project was forced to temporarily stop. During the implementation process, the package was affected from January 2019 to October 2022 due to problems with ODA capital arrangement. It was not until the end of 2023, with the determination to restart the Ben Luc-Long Thanh expressway project, that Binh Khanh bridge was officially resumed.
