Opening of many photo exhibitions about Ho Chi Minh City Party Committee

On the morning of October 3, at Nguyen Hue walking street (Saigon ward), the Organizing Committee of the celebration of major holidays of Ho Chi Minh City held the opening ceremony of the exhibition with the theme "Ho Chi Minh City Party Committee: Confidently and firmly entering the new era, the era of national growth."

This is an activity to welcome the 1st Congress of Ho Chi Minh City Party Committee, term 2025-2030.

The exhibition takes place at 4 locations: Nguyen Hue walking street, Bach Dang walking street (Thu Dau Mot ward), Thuy Van Square (Vung Tau ward) and Ba Ria Square (Ba Ria ward).

At each location, the Organizing Committee displayed 120 images introducing the Congresses of the Ho Chi Minh City Party Committee (including the former Binh Duong and Ba Ria-Vung Tau Provincial Party Committees). The exhibition focused on achievements in Party building, government, and people mobilization in the 2020-2025 period; organizational restructuring, promoting digital transformation, administrative reform, economic, cultural and social development, and achievements in implementing breakthrough and key programs.

Mr. Ta Quoc Trung, Deputy Head of the Propaganda and Mass Mobilization Department of the Ho Chi Minh City Party Committee, said that the 1st Congress of the Ho Chi Minh City Party Committee, term 2025-2030, aims to summarize, evaluate, and review the leadership and direction of the implementation of political tasks of the Party Committees for the term 2020-2025; set out directions, goals, tasks, and breakthrough solutions for the period 2025-2030.

The Congress has the motto "Solidarity-Democracy-Discipline-Breakthrough-Creativity" and the goal of building a clean and strong City Party Committee and political system; continuing to perfect the organizational model of the political system; promoting the tradition of solidarity, dynamism, humanity, creativity, for the whole country, and joining the whole country in entering a new era of development.

This exhibition not only recalls the historical journey, but also arouses the aspiration to build Ho Chi Minh City into a civilized, modern, and humane city, contributing to the strong development of the country in the new era.

In particular, the exhibition also highlights the important achievements that the Party Committee, government and people of the City have achieved in implementing breakthrough and key programs, creating the foundation and motivation for the City to confidently and firmly enter a new development stage, an era of rising up with the nation.

At the same time, at Dong Khoi Street and Chi Lang Park (Saigon Ward), the Organizing Committee displayed 70 photos with the theme "Ho Chi Minh City: Solidarity - Dynamic - Breakthrough - Creativity" and 50 photos with the theme "Promoting cultural values ​​and people of Ho Chi Minh City to build a creative city."

The exhibitions introduce the vision of building the City into a civilized urban area, an economic-financial-tourism center of Asia, aiming to join the UNESCO Creative Cities Network.

The Organizing Committee introduced to the public an exhibition of 10 propaganda paintings in front of the City Museum. With the theme “Ho Chi Minh City marches steadily under the glorious Party flag,” the paintings reflect the spirit of solidarity, dynamism, creativity, courage and intelligence of the Party Committee, government and people of the City in the process of overcoming difficulties and successfully achieving development goals in the new period.

The exhibition runs until October 18./.
