The complex can carry missiles 9.8m long and weighing over 4 tons. The SPP-35BE self-propelled launcher has a total weight of 21 tons, is 13.75m long, 2.86m wide and 3.63m high. The launch pad is located at an altitude of 1,000m above sea level.

The complex consists of three components: Missile, self-propelled launcher and ground control station system.

The launcher vehicle is capable of operating at speeds of up to 50 km/h on asphalt roads and 30 km/h on dirt roads.

The advantage of this complex is that the CKALA-E ground control station system can guide 4 missiles at 4 targets at the same time.

The 9K111 Fagot anti-tank missile, manufactured in Russia, can fire a 1,020mm long missile with a 120mm bullet diameter and weighs 11.5kg. The standard Fagot has a range of 2,000m at a speed of 200m/s.

The missile is stored in a closed transport/launch tube, fired from the 9P135 launcher which has a simple tripod design. The 9S451 missile guidance box is mounted on the tripod and the launch tube is placed on top. During firing, the gunner must continuously track and maintain the target on the reticle until the bullet reaches the target.

The S-125-2TM "Pechora-2TM" (C125-2TM) air defense missile system is designed to destroy flying targets in any interference conditions, and can also attack ground and surface targets in some situations.

The vehicle is equipped with 4 special missiles. The C125-2TM can fight independently or in coordination with air defense systems thanks to its compatibility with all types of radars and air defense command information systems.
